For my seniors that have a session booked with me, below is the questionnaire I use to learn more about you. (Parents, scroll down for yours!) The questionnaire is designed so we can create an amazing photo experience that showcases who you are. Your responses will help us both brainstorm creative ideas and get on the same page about what we expect going into the shoot.

The questions about your personal style and photoshoot are the ones I need you to answer the most. The others about your life as a high schooler and where you’re headed after school are more for fun and to give us content for your Senior Magazine. Answer the questions that speak to you the most—
