Lexi’s First Communion Photo Session
Today, we’re headed behind the scenes of a memorable communion day photoshoot with our little princess, Lexi. This special day was made even more meaningful as Lexi's mom, Mayra, a longtime friend, put together one of the backdrops for the photo session.
The shoot took place in our studio at City Stages. Lexi, being a bit shy at first, started to warm up as she prepared to get dolled up for the shoot. Mayra, owner of MB Balloons, lent her artistic touch by crafting a unique background using drapes, florals, and metal squares.
Once the session kicked off, Lexi's personality began to shine. In between poses, there was a lot of banter between Lexi and her dad that brought out her sassy side. Embracing this charm, we encouraged her to act like a queen, which resulted in some truly magical shots. The true surprise came when Lexi, with all the drama, plopped down on the floor during a break. She looked amazing and I couldn’t help but capture her in this natural pose. The pose turned out to be one of the best shots of the day.
